El Salvador's president Nayib Bukele has stated that he would be willing to "fix" Haiti if he gets "a UNSC (United Nations Security Council) resolution, the consent of the host country, and all the mission expenses to be covered."
This market will resolve to YES if, before the end of 2025, El Salvador sends any amount of police or military personnel to Haiti as part of an intervention. Otherwise, it will resolve to NO.
