I created a claude account using sign up with google with my work email address.

It was immediately banned before I had even finished signing up. I never interacted with claude. The only thing I can think of is that I used the same phone number as my personal claude account.

I submitted an appeal but got denied.

I am mostly creating this market in the hopes that someone at anthropic sees it.

I don't expect this to resolve to yes, but I would hope that the trust and safety team is looking into random bans like this.
