This market will resolve YES if Cornel West receives more raw votes in the 2024 Presidential General Election than Kanye West. Votes during primaries (ex. Green Party Primary) will not count. Write-in votes will be counted in states that individually tally them, such as Vermont. Market will resolve n/a in the event of a tie as of the date of closure. In the event neither candidate has ballot access in the general election, it will resolve to whichever candidate got the most write-in votes in states that tally them. The source for resolution will be each state's Board of Elections no later than December 1st, 2024, more likely earlier if the race between the two is not particularly close.
