This market resolves to YES if the final percentage of "Yes" votes (rounded to the nearest whole number) is even — e.g. 0%, 2%, 4%, … 100%.
It resolves to NO if it’s odd — e.g. 1%, 3%, 5%, … 99%.
Rounding will follow standard rules (≥.5 rounds up).
Example:
47.5% → 48% → YES
46.4% → 46% → YES
45.6% → 46% → YES
44.4% → 44% → YES
43.5% → 44% → YES
Essentially, you’re betting on whether the final displayed percentage on the market page ends up even or odd.
