This market will resolve YES if, by December 31, 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) declines to prosecute any member of the Trump administration who has been held in contempt of court during the year 2025.
Typically if a member of the administration were held in contempt of court, then the judge would request the DOJ to prosecute that individual (and historically they have complied).
If no member of the Trump administration is held in contempt of court in 2025, the market will resolve to NO.
I will not bet in this market to remain objective.
