"The Winds of Winter" is the long awaited sixth novel in the fantasy series "A Song of Ice and Fire" by George R.R. Martin. The series has had over 20 POV characters, whose number of chapters across the series ranges from 1 (Arys Oakheart, Melisandre) to 49 (Tyrion Lannister). This market resolves to the name of the character who has the fewest POV chapters in the next book of the series, excluding the Prologue and Epilogue (which always have one-off POVs), as well as any characters who have previously had POV chapters that have 0 in The Winds of Winter (e.g. Eddard Stark). If there is a tie, I will resolve to PROB.

I will resolve this market if the book is released (including posthumously). I will not resolve the market on the basis of rumours, leaks, or ambiguous comments by Martin. If it seems likely that the book will never come out (even posthumously), this market will resolve N/A.
