@Conflux up to you for when to resolve, but voting has been happening for a while in Ohio https://www.ohiosos.gov/elections/voters/current-voting-schedule/2024-schedule/. absentee voting began at end of september, early in person voting last week, etc, and now voting by mail. so kamala is very much on the ballot. but if this question is narrowly about "what we see on election day" then you can wait longer (but the "ballot" is very much already set and people have voted using it)
