It has been a long time coming. I am expecting an announcement first by GRR Martin, and then a release date thereafter. Subject of this question is the release date i.e. can actually buy it, as opposed to announcement. Dates can include Posthumous publication with input from other writers such as with wheel of time finale. I'll add some more year options as I get the budget, so "other" will shrink as the options increase, while still including "never".

So all three have been eagerly awaited for a long time with delays. There are some promising signs for all three in the last 6 months. At the same time many previous misleading hints have led nowhere in the past. So i am basing this on actual release of the book not just announcement that finished with editor or even announved dste that could slip here we are only concerned with , actually being available to read). Can include Posthumous release and/or with assistance from another writer.
