Resolves to the winner of the 2025 Elite Womens Road Race World Championships, scheduled for Rwanda. If the race changes location, etc., it will still resolve to the winner. The winner would be the person awarded the rainbow jersey on the post-race podium (no re-resolution if the results change after that point.
