Donald Trump is set to visit the UK for an unprecedented second state visit.
The US president and first lady Melania Trump will be hosted by the King and Queen at Windsor Castle.
The trip is unusual as US presidents serving a second term are not typically offered a state visit.
The visitors are set to be greeted by mass protests by the Stop Trump Coalition in both Windsor and London, with security heightened during his stay.

When is Trump's state visit?
Buckingham Palace originally announced that Mr and Mrs Trump had accepted an invitation from the King to pay a state visit to the UK from Wednesday 17 September to Friday 19 September.
But the visit has been moved, and slightly shortened, due to the president's schedule, (or to lessen the citizens of UK’s opposition) so the Trumps will now arrive on the evening of 16 September and leave on 18 September.
Sir Keir Starmer handed the invite to Mr Trump on behalf of the King during his own visit to the White House in February as an attempt to avoid tariffs and keep on the good side. After reading it, Mr Trump said it was a "great, great honour", adding "and that says 'at Windsor' - that's really something"
BUT…with hundreds of thousands of mass protesters outside of Windsor all right across London, will this truly be a great honour?

Hello! I hope that my resolution is acceptable to everyone who invested. Trump blabbered on about his time with the royal family and described this as the best part of the trip whilst still in the UK. However, as it was very late when he arrived back into America, there was no one around to ask questions. He was all hyped about royalty, however, he is also blabbering on about those billion pounds tech/AI deals made with the USA - so I gave this 20%. ‼️Before leaving any feedback, please let me know if there are any issues and I will try to help‼️ thanks. Also, I cannot find any truth social post on this topic, probably due to the clash of the tragic events Trump had to deal with as he arrived home.
