The last amendments to the United States Constitution was passed 1992. The one before was passed 1971. And even if they would change the constitution elon would still have to win the vote. 13% is way to high.

Still prohibited by the constitution. So why waste his time?

@IsaacKing Again, it would require a constitutional amendment. Do you know what that requires?? And yes you are correct, the silly thing about the birther movement is that Obama was eligible even if he was born in Kenya because his mother was a US citizen.

Unless I'm missing something, this should be a non-starter because as a foreigner (from South Africa originally) he's not eligible to be president. Is there a reason this might change?

@AngolaMaldives Would require a constitutional amendment. Not happening. Arnold Schwarzenegger is also much more likely to elected were it to happen.
