If the GPT model is named 4.5 it would resolve to 4 same for all future models.

If OpenAI changes what it calls it's models will resolve N/A and if they stop producing models before one passes the Turing test it resolves N/A

how are you defining "pass the Turing test"? I'd argue GPT3.5 can pass the Turing test with the right prompts.
