Any word or phrase that Donald Trump says or writes will resolve yes. However proof must be in the comments. If I see something I will post the proof, but I won't go out of my way to find every speech he did to find something. IF you are adding a word or phrase and you want multiple things to count please put a slash between the words. If there is legislation he "Wrote" I will probably not count it unless their is evidence he actually wrote it. The writing is more for truth social and less for legislation. I will wait two weeks after the election to let people try and find proof of him saying something.
He must say it after April 7.

@JoshuaB Does the context for words like "woke" matter? Saying "I woke up" probably doesn't cover the definition "aware of social injustice" that a few dozen other markets on Manifold reference. I don't think Trump was saying he's "woke" now.
