You CANNOT just testify about one thing. If he testifies at all he must answer every question the prosecutor asks. No fifth amendment protection once you start answering questions. We would all be extremely lucky if he is stupid enough to testify. He will roast himself alive.

Are bettors aware that it's legal to lie about what you would hypothetically testify to under oath?

I am assuming that this will resolve to NO if Trump is never asked that under oath?

@RafaelCosman If he doesn't testify it resolves NO. If he doesn't testify about video evidence it resolves NO. If he testifies about video evidence but doesn't deny ordering its destruction it resolves NO.
