The Oregon Rebate is a proposed Oregon ballot measure that would:

1. Remove the $100,000 cap on the minimum corporate tax

2. Impose an additional minimum corporate tax of 3% for firms with Oregon sales above $25 million

3. Distribute the revenue generated by (1) and (2) equally among Oregon residents (estimated $750 per year)

To qualify for the November 2024 ballot, it needs 117,173 valid signatures by July 5. See this market:

This will resolve YES if the ballot measure passes in November 2024. It will resolve NO if it does not pass or does not qualify for the ballot.
