At what point do we resolve this N/A after GPT 5 is out and no GPT 4.5? How long do we wait?

If gpt-5 is released I will N/A this question. If Sam says that there will not be 4.5 I will N/A. If there is new model and general view that this is gpt-5 despite being named differently I will N/A.

Yes, this makes it quite likely to N/A. I did not think that this would be the case when I created this question, but I think this way works the best for consistency reasons
