It's a little hard to be sure of who some of the referenced people even are. Mike Ditka, OK, that one is pretty unambiguous.
But 'Frank Bruno' is the name of boxer (primarily; there are of course other 'Frank Brunos'.).
The 1989 Deathlist describes its 'Frank Bruno' as a 'Pantomime Star'. Since its Frank Bruno was born in the same year (1961) as the boxer, it ends up being a wee bit unclear whether this is the same Frank Bruno. If so, we can assume that 'Pantomime Star' is just a little dig at some fight shenanigans - maybe they think he threw a fight?
But to the casual observer 35+ years later, this kind of things is far from obvious, and I have no idea which Frank Bruno or for that matter David Jenkins are being referred to any more.
