Does he have to use that exact word “rigged” ? He seems to be reframing it as cheating.

@RaviKiran sorry, the question wasn't clear. Will you only resolve the first month he calls the election rigged as YES? And later months will resolve NO even if he keeps the 'rigged election' thing going?
