They just submitted the construction permit application to the NRC earlier this month. That process takes a little over two years. They cannot begin any nuclear construction without that approval.

@BernieB They can begin construction, just not nuclear construction, no?

@SanghyeonSeo They will be able to construct buildings that are not "part of the plant", such as an administrative building and a training building. Is that what you will resolve this based on?
