Edit: The 'Election riots resolves first' option resolves YES/NO irrespective of who wins. If this option resolves YES, then both conditional options get N/A.

@mods I would like to N/A the option "Kamala wins -> election riots" but I get the following error: "APIError: Negative payouts too large for resolution. Contact admin or mod."
Only one of the options will resolve, whilst the other two will be N/A.
Does this mean that “Election riots resolves first” can only resolve to YES (or be N/A), never to NO?
