We are already at 1 after freezing sweepcash trading yesterday following the leagues rewards error.

We are now making a button we can easily press to immediately freeze all sweepcash trading. This market resolves to how many times that button is pressed (or equivalent script is run). This must be a sitewide freeze on sweepcash trading, not just a few markets.
