Lovely, pinging @mods to resolve since creator has stopped using Manifold.

Note that this resolves to percentages: "Resolves Win/Place/Show: 60% to 1st, 30% to 2nd, 10% to 3rd". (Apparently Win/Place/Show are horse racing terms meaning 1st/2nd/3rd.)
