Will resolve YES if any party other than Democrat or Republican gets more than 2% of the popular vote.
Will resolve NO otherwise.
For reference, the next closest party for the 2020 election were the Libertarian party with just under %1.17 of the vote. In the 2016 election they got %3.3.

That’s true, he was polling around the 5% margin in key battleground states, I imagine that’ll go down.
Though he did also in his speech mention that those not living in battleground states should still vote for him, i’m guessing to show the main parties that there are unaddressed concerns. Imo 2% nationally is entirely viable
