@summer_of_bliss I previously wandered outside Nijo castle and I got +2 WIS– instantly and permanently gained more insight into tough questions and reality– but it's possible that was a fluke, and visiting Kyoto or other places with beautiful historical sites is also logistically complex and requires active planning.
