Thunder have budding superstars in Chet and Jalen(cheap contracts) while Shai will be hitting his prime time(28). They also have the most draft capital in the NBA so are very well positioned to trade for needed pieces: https://www.reddit.com/r/Thunder/comments/1dprbbl/updated_future_draft_picks_along_with_picks/

Celtics will have all their star players (besides Al) still under contract and Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will also be hitting their prime age(28/29)
