Resolution will be based off of either news, https://radar.cloudflare.com/cloud-observatory, each providers status page. If my a miracle no provider has an outage by the end date, this will extent.

Realized I forgot about part of this. If there is an outage involving more than one provider then resolution will wait until the root cause comes out to identity the "root" provider. In the case of a dependency loop, the provider who initialized the change will be selected
