Will Kalshi accept PFOF by EOY 2027? Resolves YES even if this PFOF still requires execution in the best way possible.

PFOF only applies to traditional markets when orders are matched by brokers to market makers without sending to a central exchange, right? But on prediction markets, Kalshi is the exchange AND the broker, so PFOF as a concept doesn't really apply?
Please correct me if I'm wrong @spiderduckpig, I don't have much first hand experience of US markets and PFOF.
