This question will resolve Yes if, before November 5th, 2024, marijuana is officially classified as something other than a schedule I drug in the US.
Note that this resolves based on when the final rule takes effect, not when the announcement is made.

Why is this market so low compared to end-of-the-year markets? If there are no delays it will be rescheduled in September.
How are you getting September? That sort of assumes the DEA chooses not to hold a hearing, lawsuits do not hold things up, and generally the DEA moves relatively quickly on processing comments.
This is assuming a fantasy world where biden, resurrected in dragon form, uses his fire breath to burn the APA out of capital hill and mind control the country into believing it never existed.
