The 300+ combination for Biden that's most likely is holding every state he won. He can afford to drop one if he wins FL or NC, but I'm not hopeful on either of those states flipping. Similarly, the Trump best-case scenario is flipping back every state and then picking up NV, then maybe MN and NH.
