What does “create” mean? To open an office with staffers, put a candidate on a ballot, or…?

@Eric_WVGG Good question. I'm thinking I'll resolve YES as soon as both of the following are true:

1. A new political party is officially registered with a government election authority

2. Musk personally confirms on record that this party is his party

I'll leave this here so anyone can suggest tweaks before it becomes part of the official resolution criteria.

@Sketchy Yep. I think this makes sense because, according to Wikipedia, the Forward Party was founded in October 2021 when Andrew Yang announced it even though it had already been registered with the FEC in September.
